Oracle Digital Assistant
ODA is an Artificial Intelligence (AI) platform that allows you to create conversational experiences (Chatbots) that interact with business applications through text, chat and voice interfaces. The Chatbot processes human conversations (written or spoken) extracting information from business applications and business data as if the user were communicating with a real person.
Our developers implement the Oracle Digital Assistant to create Chatbots that interact with their applications based on one or more skills. These skills can be based on those that have already been predefined by Oracle, or developed to measure, or based on an available template, so that when the user makes a query, the Digital Assistant sends the user’s request to the most appropriate skill to satisfy said request. Users can connect with the Chatbot through channels like Microsoft Teams, SMS, or through a chat bubble on your website, business app, or mobile app.
