Upgrade Oracle PeopleSoft Finances and Human Resources 8.9 a 9.2 – Oxford Global Resources

Oxford Global Resources is a leading staffing and consulting firm with offices in Europe and North America. The company was founded in 1984 in Reading, Massachusetts. They currently serve 8,500 global organizations, with 820 employees worldwide and 2,200 professionals working in 44 countries.

This enterprise started in June 2019 its Upgrade project for its PeopleSoft HCM and Finance platform from version 8.9 to 9.2. ABTIO’s technical team participated in this Upgrade project from PeopleSoft HCM and Finance 8.9 to 9.2, taking care of the data conversions and new developments.

The main tasks performed by ABTIO’s Software Factory team were:

  • Conversions in the General Ledger (GL) module.
  • Modifications to the Tracking functionality of the Purchasing module (PO) and modernization of developments.
  • Conversion of Crystal reports to BI Publisher.
  • Automated sending of reports by email and incident resolution.
  • Modernization of PeopleSoft 8.9 to 9.2 developments.

After almost a year of work, the upgrade project was completed on May 17, 2020, allowing Oxford Global Resources to work with the latest version of PeopleSoft 9.2.
