Archibus by Eptura implementation at ISS

ISS, a leading facility services company founded in 1934 in Copenhagen, Denmark, specializes in a wide range of services, including cleaning, operational support, property management, catering, security and facility services.
In 2002, ISS chose ABTIO for the implementation of Archibus by Eptura, a system designed to optimize the management of its operations. This project included:
- General Services Help Desk.
- Corrective Maintenance
- Preventive maintenance.
- Resource management and management reports.
Our experience was not limited to ISS, we also carried out successful implementations for many of their clients such as IBM, La Rural and Consorcio Alem, adapting to the specific needs of each organization.
