Archibus by Eptura implementation at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile

The Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (PUC) was founded in 1888, and throughout its more than 130 years of history, it has had a fundamental role in the educational, cultural and social development of the country. Currently, the university has 18 faculties and 6 interdisciplinary institutes, offering 68 undergraduate, 104 master’s and 39 doctoral programs. Its four main campuses in Santiago have a total built area of 257,436 sqm.

In 2001, the university relied on ABTIO for its implementation of Archibus by Eptura, which included the following modules:

  • Space Management:
    • Space Inventory & Performance
    • Personnel & Occupancy
  • Integration with AutoCAD drawings

And the following processes and reports:

  • Definition of collective and individual standards
  • Layout definition
  • Application of IFMA Standards
  • Computation of areas for allocation
  • Operational and management reports
