Consultancy and implementation of Integral Preventive Maintenance Eptura-Archibus in Codere

Codere is a business group with several Gaming Rooms in the country that has selected the services of ABTIO and the Eptura – Archibus tool to carry out the management of Corrective and Scheduled Maintenance in its 10 Gaming Rooms located in Greater Buenos Aires.

For this purpose, all the necessary information to carry out such management (floor plans, equipment and preventive maintenance routines) was registered in Eptura – Archibus, for which existing processes and tools have been surveyed on the one hand, and critical spaces and equipment in each of the rooms on the other hand, and scheduled maintenance routines (frequency and main tasks) for critical equipment have also been defined.

In this way, it has been possible to standardize management, integrate processes and minimize unavailability through the scheduling, assignment and recording of all Corrective and Scheduled Maintenance work performed in each of the rooms.
