Eptura-Archibus In the Cloud Implementation for Gestam

In 2013, Gestam selected ABTIO to implement Eptura – Archibus In the Cloud, serving Banco Santander Río and the Government of the City of Buenos Aires. The implementation included the following modules:

• General Services help desk.
• Corrective maintenance.
• Preventive maintenance.
• Resource management and management reports.

This integrated approach allowed Gestam to optimize its operational processes, improving the efficiency and quality of its services.
