Eptura-Archibus Cloud Upgrade and Implementation from v25.3 to v2024.01.

In March of 2023, a major international organization, based in Paris, France, has selected ABTIO to provide Archibus SaaS and Professional Services for their migration and implementation on the latest version available. Their real estate assets include 10 buildings located in Europe, which they have been managing with the ARCHIBUS technology solution for many years.

The aim of the project is for the agency to be able to use the latest Workplace Management technology, with a special focus on ensuring good health and comfort conditions for the people who live and work there, showing a strong sustainable and personal approach in their overall operation. An end that will be achieved after migrating, implementing, evolving and maintaining the Eptura-Archibus Solution covering the following processes:

  • Archibus Foundations.
  • Archibus Space.
  • Archibus Maintenance.
  • Archibus Assets.
  • Archibus Reservations.

The project also includes the following integrations and customizations:

  • SSO integration
    • FAM (Fixed Asset Management) integration
    • Space module customizations.
    • New Keys Management module.
    • Maintenance module customizations.
    • Furniture Barcode Scanning Feature.
